After a bit of internet searching I was able to determine that it is a Kieninger & Obergfell (KUNDO) clock, with the 70mm x 92mm, eccentric nut adjuster Anniversary Clock Movement (sorry about the weird font, it's copy and paste.) What struck me as odd is the fact that the only marking is the KO ...
