Valkyr is a great frame and amazing for Lich hunting, she lacks big aoe and utility. Her 1 is only useful in niche situations and 3 is only useful in gimmick builds. Hysteria is great and fun but her claws can be out DPS’d by non exalted melee weapons. That said my valkyr has like 70% usage so 👍.
