What worked for me: my default address in my Xfinity account (online) was my previous address. When I changed this default to the current address and then reinstalled my Xfinity stream app on my Roku, it worked. App doesnt recognize home wifi through Roku. Cell Phone and Computer both work without issue.When I select the stream app on my roku stick (brand new), it opens but the best way I can explain it is it freezes. The remote can't search within the app, it is completely unresponsive. Just started last night.(4) Reinstall the Xfinity App on your Roku.
